Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk An information line is available (tel: 703 417 8000); information counters can be found in all terminals. Travelers Aid facilities are available in Terminal A (tel: 703 417 3972) and Terminals B and C (tel: 703 417 3974).
Airport Facilities Money and phone: There are ATMs and bureau de change facilities available. Some 150 phone banks are equipped with data ports. Eating and drinking: A wide variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, snack bars, fast-food outlets and cafés are available in all terminals. Shopping: The airport has numerous shops, including newsagents, gift shops, bookstores, a sweet shop, fashion and jewellery shops, luggage shops, toy stores and other retail outlets. Luggage services: There are no left-luggage or lockers available at the airport. Lost property is handled by the Authority Police (tel: 703 417 8560); items unclaimed after 24 hours are handed to the Central Lost and Found Office (tel: 703 417 0673). There is a porter service available at all terminals.
Conference and Business Facilities Fax, photocopying, notary, insurance, currency exchange and other services are available at Customer Service Centres (tel: 703 417 3200 or 417 3201) in Terminals B and C. The airport has no meeting or conference facilities.
Disabled Facilities The airport is equipped with lifts, disabled toilets and telephones, telephones with raised Braille numbers and TDD telephones. Skycap porters can assist disabled passengers; Passengers are advised to arrange wheelchairs and special assistance with the airline, prior to travel. Parking spaces for disabled drivers are available in all car parks; shuttles to the terminals have wheelchair lifts.
